VTC50 Vertical Turning Lathe

VCT50 Vertical Turning Lathe is economical, efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. It is the choice for processing complex disc and short-axis parts in automobiles, water pumps, motors, and other industries. This machine tool is equipped with an extended cylindrical roller guide rail with very strong cutting performance. The maximum spindle speed can reach 3000rpm, and the X and Z axis rapid running speed can reach 25m/min, which can achieve high-speed and efficient processing.
The vertical carriage of the machine tool is equipped with a gas-liquid balance system, which uses high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil to balance the weight of the carriage and turret, allowing the machine tool to operate at high speed and precision, reducing the load on the servo motor, increasing the accuracy and life of the machine tool, and preventing There are dangers such as the carriage falling when an unexpected power outage occurs.
