CK800/CK800L Horizontal CNC Flat Bed Lathe carriage tool holder
The carriage in the machine tool adopts a double tool holder design, which increases the number of installed tools. At the same time, combined with a high-precision indexing chuck, it can complete multi-faceted and multi-hole processing of 45, 60, 90, and 180-degree valve bodies and joints in one clamping, the processed products are of good quality and have high processing efficiency. The turning rigidity and dynamic performance of the middle carriage of the double tool post have been optimized to improve the service life and turning rigidity of the machine tool when processing valve body parts.
