C46K MSY/C46K CNC Slant Bed Lathe With Gang Tooling adopts an integrated 35° inclined bed and circular cavity cast iron structure to ensure heavy cutting capabilities. The bed is cast with high-quality resin sand, which has good rigidity, good shock resistance, and smooth chip removal. The spindle box bearing adopts an angular contact bearing design with high rigidity. The heat dissipation adopts a corresponding structural design to reduce the thermal deformation of the spindle, so that the spindle can maintain the relative stability of the spindle axis during long-term operation. The X and Z-axis servo motors are directly connected to the precision ball screw through elastic couplings, with high precision. Both ends of the screw are fixed, which improves the support stiffness of the support base and eliminates the screw distortion caused by frequent high-speed positioning and heavy cutting. Deformation is reduced to a minimum, and the bearings adopt a pair of precision bearings with 60-degree angular contact dedicated to the screw, with high speed and high precision.
Adopts 35°Machine Bed, C46K MSY is with Built-in Spindle, Y-Axis 12 Post Driven Tool Turret BMT40, Hydraulic Through Chuck, without Tailstock, suitable for the Plate Workpiece Processing.
C46K is with Servo Spindle, Gang Type, but without Turret and Tailstock.
